Peter Jackson

Sir Peter Jackson, born 31 October 1961 in Pukerua Bay, Wellington Region, North Island, New Zealand, is a New Zealand film director, film producer and screenwriter. He is most recognized by directing the Oscar-winning film interpretation of JRR Tolkien's Lord of the Rings.
